Sanrio Bow Charms :D

Hey guys!

Long time no see. Haha. My second semester of college has been really hectic. I took so many units, I had to enroll at two different locations. I didn't even have time to get my 8+ hours of sleep like last semester. :[ Well I'm back with a new item I created two weeks ago. :) This charm was inspired by a Strawberry Hello Kitty Cell Phone Charm I saw at Sanrio about a month ago. It was like $9 for the charm. I thought it was a little expensive for something I could make that would be cheaper. Haha. Here's a picture of what my charms look like. :)

The Strawberry Hello Kitty Charm I saw at Sanrio had red seed beads like what I have in the picture. They had a cute bow at the top of the charm. The only thing different is the charm itself. The one I saw at Sanrio had a Hello Kitty with a strawberry, but mines are just Sanrio Charms. If you want a certain Sanrio character, feel free to contact me. I'll can check and see if I have the charm. I'm selling this charm for only $4. That is more than half the price of the Strawberry Hello Kitty Charm. :D

Adding charms to your cell phone expresses a little more about yourself. It shows people what kinds of things that you like. It's nice for your own phone or a friend's phone. Crystal Darkness Bracelet

I've thought about making a cheaper alternative to my Elegant Dark Night Bracelet. About month ago, I already made this bracelet. I was kind of lazy to put it up though. Haha. Sorry about that. :X The bracelet below is called Crystal Darkness. You make ask why is this a cheaper alternative to my Elegant Dark Night Bracelet? Haha. Hey guys! Yesterday, I went shopping with my mom and I stopped by the Sanrio store at the mall. I decided to drop in and find some stuff I could use on my products. :) As I was in the store, I saw these charms and thought.... Hey! I can make cellphone charms with these. :) I ended up buying only a few of these extraordinary cute charms, so the charms on this blog are limited. :) Sanrio doesn't constantly stock up on their inventory, so they might be sold out after I sell what I have. Here's what one of them looks like. :) I hope you guys like it. :D

So this blog is going to be different. I'm going to be selling these Sanrio charms for ONLY $5. Pretty good, huh? They're legit Sanrio charms, guys! Haha. They have Sanrio engraved on the back of every one of the charms. :) Shall we get started now?! It's as easy as 1 2 3! :D

Step One
Choose a cellphone strap color. :) When you order, you can tell me the number of the strap color. (In the picture #7 appears turquoise, but it's really a green strap. Haha. Sorry about that. :X)

Step Two
Select the Sanrio charm that you want. (I bought mostly Hello Kitty because it's more known than the other characters. ;D)

Step Three
Select a crystal bead to go with your charm. :)

AND.... YOU"RE DONE!!! :D (This is one that I made for myself, as an example.)

Haha. I only bought 2 of each charm because Sanrio stuff can get quite expensive. O_O; I hardly make anything from this charm, but I did it for those who have an obsession with cute things (like me :X) Lol. In the store, they sell just the charm for $5. Wanna bet? I took a picture of the back of the charm to show you guys. :P The picture below is a behind the scene footage of the charm. DX Haha. Just kidding. :)

I'm selling this at a price close to the price I purchased for just the charm itself because I want people to be able to afford the things I make. Cute things make me happy, so I think this charm will put smile on people's faces also. :D Haha. I actually enjoy seeing people wear or use the creations that I make. This bracelet is being sold for $28. It's cute, don't you think? I always wear this bracelet together with my Lovely Heart Bracelet. I think they go nicely together. :) Wearing them together makes the bracelets appear thicker and bolder because there are two big charms that can compliment each other. :) It can match any outfit you wear because Swarovski Crystal AB can match any color. It changes color from the lighting or its environment.

P.S. I haven't been posting too often now because I've been working on my room. I've also been trying to look for a job. I got my driver license 2 weeks ago. I personally like to wear two of the bracelets together because I think it looks nicer. :) Wearing two different colors at the same time makes the chain appear thicker and the crystals seem to pop out more because there are more dangles. :) Here is a picture that I took of what it would look like if you wore the pink and green Pretty Flower Bracelet together. :)

I think the purple and yellow one would go well together also. It's best to wear complementary colors. :) You guys can wear one bracelet for a simple look or two bracelets for a complex look. ;D I hope you guys liked it. :)

So today is Christmas, but I did nothing special. :[ I ended up having to find something to do. I made these pair of earrings for myself. Haha. x] In the past, I made earrings, but earrings weren't bought that often. People said their ears were sensitive so they could only wear REAL gold or REAL silver. I guess my earrings being sterling silver weren't good enough. :[ So I decided to make new earring pieces for myself if I was in need for a certain color. Haha. Below is a picture of what it looks like. :) I will still make earrings for people who can wear sterling silver ear wires. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions. :)

For the past week, I've been working on making new pearl bracelets to give to my aunt to sell. I'm probably going to Sacramento some time after Christmas. Hey guys!

Sorry for such a late blog. It's like 10:06PM right now and I still need to take more pictures of the earrings I'll be posting in this blog. While I blog, I'll switch to editing my pictures and taking them. I have no idea what time I will finish, but it'll be before the next day starts. Haha. Recently, I've been getting a lot of comments on my snowflake necklace. Haha. Originally, I made only one for myself because I wasn't sure if anyone would be interested in buying it. The shape was pretty unique, so I decided to put it together. :) I decided to make more for people who are interested in buying them. :) So YAY! You guys can buy it now. :) Haha. :)

When I first started off, I created the "Yummy's Heart Necklace" in Crystal AB. Quite a few people bought it. So I hope you guys will like this piece too. :)

This necklace has:

This necklace is perfect to match the cold weather we've been having for a few days now. :) I'm selling this necklace for ONLY $20 (just like my heart necklace). This pendant is also 2mm bigger than the heart one. :D The snowflake is crystal ab so it changes color due to the lighting (as you can see in my image). :) But it's a lot prettier in person. :D

Hey guys!

Today is Black Friday. Haha. Did anyone wake up early to go shopping? I did, but I didn't buy anything though. Haha. XD After I was done shopping, I decided to make crystal charms today. :) This is not a jewelry piece. You can put this on your cellphone or use it as a keychain to embellish the look of your phone or bag. :) I hope you guys will like it. :)

These are pretty, yet simple charms. I'm selling them for ONLY $3. :) They come in all the colors you see in the picture. In one of the pictures, labeled light blue, it looks purple. O_O; In real life, it's really light blue though. The purple one almost looks black when it really isn't. My camera changed it's color. I tried to cram all the pictures into one image, so you might not be able to see the crystals very well (might be a little blurry?). It's kind of late right now, but I don't have school tomorrow. My professors all took furlough. xD Haha. A New Blog! :)

Hey guys! :)

I decided to make a separate blog for my creations. :) From now on, I'll be using this to post up my new pieces. I wanted to keep blogs about my life and my creations separate. Haha. :) I'll still mention my creations on my xanga, but not in detail. I have never used this before, so I'm going to have to take time to learn how to use this. I will still be blogging in my xanga when I get a chance to talk about my life. Haha. XD

Some of you guys are probably wondering why I called this "YY Creations" instead of Yummy's Charm? When I first started creating my jewelry pieces, I thought of a temporary name. Haha. At that time, I created jewelry and cellphone charms. Now, I decided to revolve around making jewelry. I'll still make things other than jewelry from time to time. Just stay tuned. :)

Why "YY Creations"? "YY" actually stands for my Chinese (Cantonese) name. In chinese, my name is 石可欣. In Mandarin it's pronounced as "shí kě xīn," but I'm Cantonese. :P So my name is pronounced as "Sek Hoa Yun." Okay... Enough of the educational stuff. :) I like to refer myself as Yun Yun (but people call me Connie :3), so I named my blog after myself. :) Haha. Originally, I called it "Yummy's Charm." So I guess you guys can also make my "YY Creations" stand for YumYum Creations. LOL. I don't know. XD Whatever floats your boat. Haha. :)

There's reason why I didn't stick with Yummy's Charm as the name. In the future, I hope my fund raising for college goes well enough for me to be able to buy jewelry tags. :) I would probably engrave "Yun" on them and attach it to all the bracelets and necklaces that I make. :) That's something I have in mind for the future. :) I might think about engraving "CT" on them instead. I'm not so sure yet, but I hope in the future I'll be able to indicate that I made a certain bracelet or necklace. :) So yeah, wish me luck guys! :)
